Mapping out a User Journey

After being involved in initial discussions with Guyda Armstrong with regards to content development and storyboarding, I thought it would be beneficial to create a video showing the prototypes current user journey. This may change after we gain insight from the student evaluation that will take place over the next few months, being informed by their recommendations and reshaped accordingly. I tried to make the user journey as simple as possible with no reliance on technical background or prior knowledge.

As I have stated previously, the pedagogy(learning) should always drive the technology and not vice versa. Educational technology should concentrate on enhancing the learning experience. Working with academics at the beginning of the content process has enabled the project to focus on this aspect while feeding in aspects of the technology that can add value to the current student experience.
